MRI检查序列在肩袖撕裂中的比较分析 被引量：5

摘要 肩袖损伤是导致肩关节疼痛的重要病因之一。传统的检查方法对软组织的分辨力有限,在诊断中有较大的局限性。MRI检查有无创性、非放射性的特点,可以得到较高的软组织对比度,而且能够多平面成像，能较清晰地显示关节囊、囊内结构及肩袖等重要组织的解剖形态．是目前肩袖损伤的首选检查方法之一。
