LISS钢板内固定治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折临床分析 被引量:4

摘要 胫骨平台骨折是一种常见的骨折,其治疗容易出现平台复位丢失、皮肤坏死、感染、骨不连接、创伤性关节炎,关节僵硬等并发症,是创伤骨科治疗的难点,尤其是复杂胫骨平台骨折是高能量损伤.骨折移位明显,关节面破坏,多伴有软组织损伤.治疗尤为困难。本院2006年1月至2008年6月.采用LISS钢板治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折17例,取得较好疗效。现报告如下。
