颈椎前路减压植骨融合钢板内固定术治疗脊髓型颈椎病120例临床观察 被引量：3

摘要 脊髓型颈椎病（CSM））是中老年人群中颈椎退行性变最常见的一类疾患,严重的会引起截瘫或不全瘫。自1986年Morscher等首先将颈椎带锁钢板（Cervical Spine Locking Plate．CSLP）应用于颈椎前路手术以来，由于其高度的内在稳定性以及良好的安全性受到了人们的关注。
