异丙酚-瑞芬太尼全凭静脉麻醉在老年患者PKP术中的临床应用

摘要 经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成型术（PKP）是目前用于治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的新型手术,具有手术时间短、创伤小、效果好等优点。该术一般采用全麻，骨科要求缩短麻醉恢复期以早期判断有无神经损伤。但由于此类病患者多为老年患者．术前合并症多，术后恢复缓慢。如何使患者平稳度过手术期并迅速恢复．是麻醉医生和骨科医生共同关注的焦点。本研究的重点：对比观察三种麻醉方案在PKP术中的应用。
