流感病毒快速检测法对甲型H1N1流感的临床诊断价值 被引量：6

摘要 目的评价国产(A型)流感病毒快速检测试剂盒(广州万孚生物技术有限公司,中国)对甲型H1N1流感的临床诊断价值。方法对2009年10月20日～11月23日本院发热门诊的符合流感样病例的患者35例,使用国产(A型)流感病毒快速检测试剂盒进行鼻拭子甲型H1N1流感病毒快速检测(简称快速试纸法),同时取咽拭子行聚合酶链式反应(PCR)检测。结果快速试纸法检测病毒阳性率为68.5%,PCR法流感病毒检出率为60%。与PCR法相比,前者的敏感性为90.4%,特异性为64.2%,阳性预测值79.1%,阴性预测值为81.8%。结论快速试纸法检测有较高的敏感性,可以满足临床快速诊断甲型H1N1流感的需要。
