摘要
中国企业海外并购的数量不断增加,但成功率以及并购成效并不理想,其中一个重要原因就是人力资源整合工作没有做到位。中国企业海外并购在并购前、并购进行中、并购后的人力资源整合当中皆存在一些问题。为保证海外并购成效,应根据海外并购过程当中的问题提出相应的对策,分别做好并购前的人力资源尽职调查、并购中的良好沟通和并购后的人力资源持续整合,才能提高中国企业海外并购的成效。
There have been more and more transnational MA of China's enterprises nowadays.But it is not desirable where the rate of success and effect is concerned.One of the most important reasons is that human resource integration is not inadequate.There exist some problems in the process of human resource integration before,during and after MA.In view of this,this paper proposes that China's enterprises must make a due investigation of diligence and duty of human resources before transnational MA,carry on good communication during the process and fulfill continual integration after MA.Only in this way can China's enterprises improve the effectiveness and efficacy of transnational MA.
