摘要
简要介绍国际防止船舶污染海洋公约的产生、现状及相关条款的补充、生效情况,介绍船舶污染物的分类及国际排放标准的修订进展,分析国际防污染公约的发展趋势。
The status and development of international Convention on the Prevention of Ships Pollution was introduced,as well as revision and coming into force of the corresponding clauses.In terms of the development of the standard of the ship＇s contamination classification and discharging,the authors analyzed the development trend of international conventions for the prevention of pollution from ships.
