摘要
在装置最高工作压力大于密封试验压力(即90%整定压力)时,通过优化设计、改进加工工艺,从而提高安全阀密封性能等级,降低安全阀的最小比压。在同等条件下,降低了安全阀的最小比压,就增加了安全阀密封性能可靠性,减少了有害物质的泄漏。试验证明,提高安全阀密封性能等级、降低最小比压是确保阀门密封性能可靠性的基础。
When the maximum working pressure is greater than the sealing test pressure(i.e.90% of set pressure),by optimizing the design and improving of processing technology,the safety valve sealing performance rating can be enhanced,and the minimum specific pressure of safety valve be lowered.Under the same conditions,lowering the minimum specific pressure valve can increase reliability of safety valve sealing performance and reduce the leakage of harmful substances.The experiment proved that raising safety valve sealing performance rating and lowering the minimum specific pressure are the foundation to ensure the reliability of valve sealing performance.
