Determination on Potassium and Sodium Contents in Salvia Plants by Using Flame Atomic Emission Spectrophotometry

摘要 [目的]建立发射光谱法测定鼠尾草属植物中K、Na含量的方法。[方法]鼠尾草属植物样品采收处理后,80℃消煮至澄清透明后定容。利用火焰原子发射光谱法测定其中K和Na的含量,优化燃助比、燃烧器高度和分析线等测定因素。[结果]经优化,利用火焰原子发射光谱法测定鼠尾草属植物中钾和钠的含量时,助燃气流量分别为1.9和1.8L/min,燃烧器高度分别为7和8mm,分析线分别为766.5和589.0nm。优化条件下,K、Na的检出限分别为0.0056、0.000600μg/ml,灵敏度分别为0.0245和0.000200μg/ml,加标回收率分别为92.50%~100.50%和95.50%~104.20%;利用火焰原子发射光谱法测定鼠尾草属植物中K和Na的含量相对标准偏差分别为0.44%~3.60%和0~2.90%。[结论]火焰原子发射光谱法测定鼠尾草属植物中K、Na含量,操作简便易行,精密度和准确度高,重现性好。 [ Objective ] The purpose was to establish the determination method of potassium(K) and sodium(Na) in Salvia plants by using e- mission spectrophotometry. [ Method ] After the Salvia plant samples were collected and treated, they were digested and boiled at 80 ℃ till the solution was clear and transparent and then their volumes were defined. Their K and Na contents were determined by using flame atomic emission spectrophotometry for optimizing the measure factors such as combustion supporting ratio ,burner height and analytical line. [ Result] After optimization,when the K and Na contents in Salvia plants were determined by using flame atomic emission spectropbotometry, the flow rates of combustion and supporting air, burner heights and analytical lines were 1.9 and 1.8 L/min,7 and 8 mm,766.5 and 589.0 nm resp. Under op- timized condition, the determination limits, sensitivities and recoveries of standard addition of K and Na were 0. 005 6 and 0. 006 0 μg/ml, 0. 024 5 and 0. 000 200 μg/ml,92.50% - 100.50% and 95.50% - 104.20% resp. The RSDs of this method in determining K and Na contents in Salvia plants were 0.44% - 3.60% and 0 - 2.90% resp. [ Conclusion ] The flame atomic emission spectrophotometry was simple, convenient and easy to operate and had high precision and accuracy and good repeatability.
