摘要 [目的]探讨酸浆鲜果对大鼠血脂的影响作用。[方法]雄性青年Wistar大鼠80只,随机分为8组,每组10只,分别进行高脂饲料干预试验和血脂调节试验。高脂饲料干预试验喂高脂饲料的同时,以酸浆鲜果低、中、高剂量(10、20、30g/kg)灌胃;血脂调节试验对高血脂大鼠以25g/kg酸浆鲜果灌胃。20d后测定各组动物血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的浓度。[结果]高脂饲料干预试验中,与高脂模型组比较,酸浆鲜果高剂量组大鼠血清LDL-C和TG含量极显著或显著降低,中、高剂量组大鼠血清HDL-C含量显著升高;血脂调节试验中,酸浆鲜果灌胃大鼠血清TC和LDL-C水平与高脂肪模型组比较极显著降低,HDL-C水平极显著升高。[结论]酸浆鲜果无论对高脂膳食喂养大鼠还是对高脂血症大鼠,均可降低血清LDL-C和TG含量,升高血清HDL-C的含量,因此具有较好的降血脂作用。 [Objective] To explore the effect of Physalis on serum lipid in rats.[Method] A total of 80 young male Wistar rats were assigned randomly into eight groups,10 in each group.The rats of three groups fed with high-fat feed,and they were then gavaged Physalis added to the feed at concentrations of 10,20 and 30 g/kg,respectively.The rats suffering from hyperlipemia were gavaged Physalis at a concentration of 25 g/kg.After 20 d,the levels of total cholesterol(TC),total triglycerides(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were determined.[Result] Compared with the rats having high serum lipid,those which were gavaged Physalis at a concentration of 30 g/kg had significantly lower levels of LDL-C and TG(P﹤0.01 or 0.05),and those which were gavaged Physalis at a concentration of 10 or 20 g/kg had significantly higher level of HDL-C(P﹤0.05).In lipid regulation experiment,the rats gavaged Physalis had significantly lower levels of LDL-C and TG(P﹤0.01)and significantly higher level of HDL-C(P﹤0.01)than the rats suffering from hyperlipemia.[Conclusion] Physalis can reduce the levels of serum TG and LDL-C and increase serum HDL-C of rats fed with high fat feed or rats suffering from hyperlipemia.Therefore,Physalis can reduce serum lipid.
