抗逆菌株沼泽红假单细胞菌Ⅲ-3的培养特性

摘要 [目的]研究不同培养条件对沼泽红假单细胞菌(Rhodopseudomonas palustris)Ⅲ-3生长的影响。[方法]探讨不同环境条件、培养基组成和分离方法等对抗盐、抗重金属菌株R.palustrisⅢ-3生长的影响。[结果]R.palustrisⅢ-3菌株在30℃、光强约6000lx、pH值7.0、接种量10%、碳酸氢钠3g/L、氯化铵6g/L条件下培养34d,可获得最大活菌数3.17×108个/ml,12000r/min离心30min能有效保持菌株活性和数量。[结论]该结果可为R.PalustrisⅢ-3菌种的工厂化生产提供技术参考。 [Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of different cultural conditions on the growth of R.palustris Ⅲ-3.[Method] The cultural characteristics of R.palustris Ⅲ-3 with stress resistance were studied under different environmental conditions,culture medium components and separation methods.[Result] The results showed that R.palustris Ⅲ-3 obtained the maximum viable count of 3.17×108 cell/ml at 30 ℃,6 000 lx light intensity,pH value 7.0,10% inoculation,NaHCO3 3 g/L,NH4Cl 6 g/L after 3-4 days.12 000 r/min for 30 min could effectively maintain the activity and amount of strain.[Conclusion] The study can provide technical reference for industrial production of R.palustris Ⅲ-3 straiin.
