白花蛇舌草提取液对感染TMV烟株的生理效应及品质的影响

Influences of Extract from Hedyotis diffusa Willd.on Physiological Effect and Quality of Tobacco with TMV

以白花蛇舌草提取液对感染烟草花叶病毒(TMV)的发病前后烟株进行处理,分析了烟草叶片中与抗病毒性相关的部分生理生化指标的变化及对烟草品质的影响。结果表明:白花蛇舌草提取液能使烟叶总酚含量升高、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)的活性增强、膜透性及烟叶品质有所改善,预防处理优于治疗处理。可见,白花蛇舌草提取液可诱导植物产生抗病性,增强烟草对TMV侵染的抵抗力。

The extract from Hedyotis diffusa Willd.was used to treat tobacco plants infected by TMV.The effects of the changes of some physiological and biochemical indices related with the virus-resistance in tobacco leaves on tobacco quality were determined.The results showed that extract from Hedyotis diffusa Willd.could remarkably increase the content of total phenols in Nicotiana tabacum L.,strength the activity of phenylalanine ammonialyase（PAL）,improve the membrane permeability and tobacco quality.Its protection effects was higher than therapy treatment.In conclusion,the extract from Hedyotis diffusa Willd.could induce plants to produce the disease resistance and strength antiviral capability of tobacco to TMV.
