地震区底层带商店建筑合理结构形式的研究

RESEARCHES INTO APPROPRIATE STRUCTURE TYPES OF HIGHRISE BUILDING WITH GROUND FLOOR SHOP IN SEISMIC REGION

在地震区，底层带商店建筑可采用的结构形式有底部框架剪力墙上部砌体结构、多层内框架结构、多层全框架结构、多层砌体结构等；不应采用底层内框架砖房、底层纯框架砖房等形式。正确选择底层带商店建筑的结构形式，有利于降低工程造价，确保结构安全。

In seismic region,the appropriate structure types of highrise building with ground floor shop are generally as follows:the bottom framed shearing wall and top masonry structure,the multiple storey internally framed structure,the multiple storey completely framed structure,and the multiple storey masonry structure etc.Nevertheless,those structure types such as the bottom internally framed brick building,and the bottom completely framed brick building etc.must be forbidden in seismic region.Consequently,by the appropriate selection of construction type,the costs of these constructions could be considerably reduced and the security of construction could be guaranteed.
