摘要 呋喃丹是一种高残留、高毒性、难降解的有机杀虫剂,目前在我国的广泛使用,常造成环境污染和人畜中毒。近几十年来,国内外在呋喃丹的毒性危害和降解方面,尤其是细菌降解方面做了大量的研究工作,本文对呋喃丹的毒害、降解菌的筛选、降解机理、降解酶、构建基因工程菌等方面进行了综述。 Carbofuran is a kind of high residue,high toxicity,difficult degradation organic pesticide,which is currently widely used in China and often caused environmental pollution and human and animal poisoning.In recent decades,A lots of research work have done on degradation and carbofuran toxicity hazards,particularly bacterial degradation at home and abroad people.This paper reviewed Carbofuran's poisoning,degrading bacteria screening,degradation mechanism,degradation enzymes and constructing genetic engineering bacteria.
