摘要
[目的]摸索出园林植物月季、长春花、长寿花、大叶红草试管内嫩枝扦插生根的最佳培养基配方。[方法]在无菌条件下,对这4种园林植物的嫩茎进行试管内扦插试验。[结果]在每种配方中加入蔗糖20g/L、活性炭2g/L、琼脂7g/L,pH值为5.6的条件下,配方1/2MS+IBA0.5mg/L最有利于月季试管内嫩茎扦插生根;1/2MS+NAA0.5mg/L配方更加适合作为长春花嫩茎的生根剂;1/2MS+IBA0.4mg/L最适合作为长寿花嫩茎扦插生根配方;培养基1/2MS+NAA0.4mg/L配方适合大叶红草嫩茎试管内扦插生根。[结论]不同园林植物嫩枝试管内生根的最佳激素种类和浓度有所差别。
[ Objective ] Try to find out the best culture medium formulas of taking roots in tubes about Rosa chinensis, Catharanthus roseus, Kalanchoe blossfeldiana, Altemanthera Ficoidea. [ Method] Under the condition of fungus less, cutting tests were carried out about the tender stems of the four kinds of landscape plants in tubes. [ Result] Under the conditions of adding sucrose 20 g/L, active carbon 2 g/L, agar 7 g/L to each formulas, and pH 5.6, the formula 1/2 MS + IBA 0.5 mg/L was beneficial to tack roots in tubes about the tender stems of Rosa chinensis; 1/2 MS + NAA 0.5 mg/L was beneficial to tack roots in tubes about the tender stems of Catharanthus roseus; 1/2 MS + IBA 0.4 mg/L was beneficial to Kalanctwe blossfeldiana and 1/2 MS + NAA 0.4 mg/L was beneficial to Altemanthera Ficoidea. [ Conclusion] The tender stems of different landscape plants have different demands in hormones when they take roots in tubes.
