摘要
[目的]考察浮萍在重金属污染水体修复中的应用潜力。[方法]以青萍种浮萍为试验材料,采用含不同浓度Cd、Zn的培养液对其进行培养,研究不同处理青萍的生长状况及叶片色素含量,分析Cd、Zn浓度对青萍吸收N、P及吸附重金属能力的影响。[结果]Cd、Zn浓度对青萍生长状况影响显著;随着Cd、Zn初始浓度的增加,青萍叶绿素a及类胡萝卜素含量呈下降趋势。青萍对培养液中N、P的吸收能力随Cd、Zn离子浓度的增加呈下降趋势,重金属浓度过高时,青萍对N、P不仅无吸收,反而将细胞中的N、P溶出;青萍对Zn的富集、吸收效果较好。[结论]青萍在Zn污染水体修复方面具有较大的应用潜力。
[Objective] The purpose was to investigate the application potential of duckweed in the recovery of heavy metal-polluted water body.[Method] With Lemna perpusilla Torr.of duekweed as tested material,they were cultured in culture solution with different Cd and Zn concn.for researching their growth status and chlorophyll contents in leaves of different treatments.And then the influences of Cd and Zn concn,on the absorption ability to N and P and adsorption ability to heavy metals of Lemna perpusilla Torr.were analyzed.[Result] The influences of Cd and Zn concn.on the growth status of Lemna perpusilla Torr.were significant.As the initial concn.of Cd and Zn were increased,the contents of chlorophyll a and carotenoids in Lemna perpusilla Torr.showed decreasing trend;the absorption ability of Lemna perpusilla Torr.to N and P in culture solution showed decreasing trend,too.When the concn.of heavy metal was too high,not only Lemna perpusilla Torr.absorbed no N and P,but also its intracellular N and P was dissolved and released.The enrichment and absorption effect of Lemna perpusilla Torr.on Zn was better.[Conclusion] Lemna perpusilla Torr.possessed greater application potential in recovery of Zn-polluted water body.
