With the quickening pace of modern city,Jurong,as a Fourth Tier City,is also developing,and people＇s living standard is improved.Realty business of Jurong City also enters a new stage of development.The paper described the current status of residential quarter planning and development in Jurong and other Fourth Tier cities by analyzing location,design requirements,planning principles,planning ideas,greening landscape design and other related indicators of ＂Maoshan Bay 7＂ residential quarter.
