摘要
在阐述生态农业开发保障机制构建必要性的基础上,构建了促进生态农业可持续发展的保障体系,包括观念支持体系、法制保证体系、机制保障体系、环境促进体系、区际合作体系,,以确保县域生态农业及其整个县域经济的可持续发展。
The paper discusses the necessity to construct guarantee mechanism of eco-agriculture development.On this basis,the security system promoting sustainable development of eco-agriculture was established.The system includes idea supporting system,legal guarantee system,mechanism safeguard system,environment promoting system and interregional cooperation system in order to ensure sustainable development of county ecological agriculture and county economy
