摘要
再生体系的建立是进行马铃薯遗传转化的基础,从影响马铃薯高效再生体系建立的遗传因素、外植体的生理状态、培养基配方和环境条件等内外因素进行了总结,以期为马铃薯无性变异系的筛选和基因工程改良提供依据。
The establishment of regeneration system was the basis of genetic transformation of potato. The internal and external factors to affect the establishment of efficient regeneration system of potato were summarized, such as genetic factors, physiological status of explants, medium formula and environmental conditions. It provided basis for the screening of potato clonal variant and improvement of genetic engineering.
