摘要
采用棉籽壳熟料袋栽模式对10个黄色金针菇菌株进行品比试验,采用酯酶同工酶图谱和RAPD技术分析菌株间的遗传特性及亲缘关系。结果表明,6号(黄064)菌株的菌丝生长速度、满袋时间、第1潮菇生物学效率、子实体成熟时间等指标表现优良,适合作为工厂化栽培优良菌种;10号(Bj-3)菌株子实体形态特征较好,适合作为优良品种推广。酯酶同工酶图谱和RAPD技术分析结果基本一致,10个菌株中6(黄064)、7号(三明B)菌株为同种异名菌株。
The fermented cottonseed hull-in-bag pattern was used in the variety comparative test on 10 strains of yellow Flammulina velutiper (Fr.) Sing and the hereditary characters and kinship among the strains were analyzed by applying esterase isozyme electrophorogram and RAPD technique.The results showed that the strain No.6 (Huang064) showed good values of indexes,such as mycelial growth speed,sackfull time,biological efficiency of first harvested mushroom and mature time of fruiting body,so it was suitable for industrial cultivation as good strain; the morphological characters of fruiting body of the strain No.10 (Bj-3) were better and it was suitable for popularization as good variety.The esterase isozyme electrophorogram was basically consistent with results of RAPD technical analysis.Among the 10 strains,the strain No.6 (Huang064) and No.7 (SanmingB) were allogenic synonym strains
