摘要
[目的]对药用植物广西莪术(Curcuma kwangsiensis S.G.Leeet C.F.Liang)染色体核型进行研究。[方法]采用常规压片方法,并结合显微摄影对广西莪术染色体进行检测分析。[结果]广西莪术细胞染色体数为2n=84,核型公式K(2n)=84=70m+6M+4sm+4T,核型为"1B"型。[结论]广西莪术染色体的核型属于较原始的类型。
[Objective] The chromosome karyotype of medicinal plant Curcuma kwangsiensis were firstly studied.[Method]Sections combined with micrograph were used to analyze chromosome karyotype.[Result]The chromosome number of Curcuma kwangsiensis cells was 2n=84,karyotype formula was K(2n)=84=70m + 6M + 4sm + 4T,belonging to Stebbins’s 1B type.[Conclusion]The karyotype of Curcuma kwangsiensis belongs to original type.
