摘要
[目的]研究矮壮素对贯叶连翘生长和金丝桃素含量的影响。[方法]对贯叶连翘喷施不同浓度的矮壮素,测定其生长形态、叶绿素荧光特性和金丝桃素含量金丝桃素含量的动态变化。[结果]尽管矮壮素对贯叶连翘的生长发育具有抑制效应,但是其对提高金丝桃素含量有较为明显的促进作用。适度的矮壮素处理对贯叶连翘光合荧光生理有明显的调控作用。[结论]在贯叶连翘的规模化生产和栽培中,恰当浓度的植物激素处理能提高贯叶连翘的产量和药用成分含量。该研究首次通过叶绿素荧光这一生长指标来研究不同生长激素对贯叶连翘生长生理的调控,也为中草药的安全生产与调控提供一种的新的思路。
[Objective]The research aimed to study the effects of CCC on growth and hypericin content of Hypericum perforatum L..[Method]Different concentrations of CCC were sprayed on Hypericum perforatum L.to determine the dynamic changes of growth morphology,chlorophyll fluorescent characteristics and hypericin content of Hypericum perforatum L..[Result] The results showed that CCC inhibited the growth of Hypericum perforatum L.,but the medicinal hypericin contents had increased significantly.And the appropriate concentration CCC could regulate photosynthetic physiology fluorescence of Hypericum perforatum L..[Conclusion]At the large-scale production and cultivation of Hypericum perforatum L.,appropriate concentration of plant growth regulator can improve the production and its medicinal content of Hyperi-cum perforatum L..The study first studys the regulation of different concentration of plant growth regulator on growth physiology according to growth index chlorophyll fluorescence.
