苏丹草生长及光合相关指标对生根剂的响应研究

摘要 [目的]探讨植株生长和光合指标对生根剂的响应性。[方法]采用完全随机区组试验设计,研究苏丹草(Sorghum sudanense)植株生长及光合相关指标对NKII-298、NKII-888和NKII-16共3种生根剂的响应。[结果]经NKII-298处理的苏丹草植株,叶片的叶绿素a和类胡萝卜素含量、叶绿素荧光参数(PSII量子效率、光化学猝灭系数和电子传递效率)显著高于对照(P<0.05),光合速率-光响应曲线模拟得出的最大光合速率和呼吸速率较高,单株生物量累积最大;经NKII-888和NKII-16处理的苏丹草幼苗,仅叶绿素荧光参数显著高于对照(P<0.05),其余指标与对照差异不显著。[结论]苏丹草对生根剂种类敏感,在实际生产上应根据生产目的而进行选择。 [Objective]To investigate the effects of rhizogenic agents on the growth and photosynthetic traits of sorghum sudonense.[Method] The responses of the growth and some photosynthetic traits of Sorghum sudanense to three NK II rhizogenic agents were studied by randomized complete block design.[Result]Compared to those under the control treatment,individuals under the NK II-298 treatment showed higher chlorophyll a and carotenoid contents,higher chlorophyll fluorescence parameter values (ΦPSII,qP and ETR) ,higher Pmax and Rd,and higher biomass accumulation.But no significant variations were found in the traits tested in the present study except for chlorophyll fluorescence parameter values (ΦPSII,qP and ETR) when compared between the plants under the NK II-888/NK II-16 treatments and those under the control treatment.[Conclution]The products of rhizogenic agents should be selected carefully according to their practice aims because of the sensibility of Sorghum sudanense to rhizogenic agents.
