摘要 [目的]研究水稻褐变穗病原菌链格孢的生物学特性。[方法]主要研究了营养条件对水稻褐变穗病原菌菌丝生长和产孢的影响。[结果]不同的营养、温度、pH值等条件对水稻褐变穗病菌的菌丝生长和孢子萌发有很大影响。菌丝生长和孢子萌发的最适温度是25℃;菌丝生长最适的pH范围是5~6,孢子萌发以7为最好;不同碳源培养条件下菌丝生长和孢子萌发率以可溶性淀粉为最好;不同氮源条件下菌丝生长和孢子萌发以硝酸铵为最好。[结论]病原菌的菌丝生长和孢子萌发所需营养条件有同一性,说明只要有利于孢子萌发的条件也有利于菌丝生长。 [Objective]The paper aimed to study biological characteristics of Alternaria alternata (Fr.) Keissl,the pathogen of Browning ear of grain.[Method]The effect of nutritional condition on hypha growth and producing spore was studied mainly.[Result]The results showed that nutrition,temperature and pH had significant effects on the hypha growth and spore germination of the browning ear pathogen of grain.The optimal temperature of hypha growth and spore germination was 25 ℃.The optimal pH of hyphal growth was 5-6.The optimal pH of spore germination was 7.The best carbohydrates and nitrogen for co-nidial germination are 1% soluble starch and 1% ammonium nitrate.[Conclusion]The required nutritional conditions of hypha growth and spore germination of the pathogen have the identity,this indicated that as long as the condition is beneficial to the spore germination which is also beneficial to the growth of hypha.
