合肥地区草履虫丰度与水质关系的研究

Relationship between Abundance of Paramecium and Water Quality in Hefei Area

[目的]研究合肥地区部分湖泊中草履虫丰度与水质的关系。[方法]对4个采样点的草履虫丰度和水质综合评价指数进行了相关分析和回归分析。[结果]草履虫丰度和水质综合评价指数之间呈正相关,即草履虫丰度越小,水质越好。[结论]草履虫丰度可以反映水质情况。

[Objective] The research aimed to study the relationship between abundance of paramecium and water quality in Hefei Area. [ Method] Correlation analysis and regression analysis between the abundance of paramecium and the comprehensive evaluation index were studied. [ Result] There was a positive relationship between paramecium density and water quality. That is to say, the smaller the paramecium density was, the better the water quality was. [ Conclusion] The basic condition of the water quality could be reflected by the paramecium density.
