摘要
[目的]研究寿光地区蔬菜重金属的含量,为寿光地区提供蔬菜重金属残留防止措施。[方法]从大型蔬菜生产基地中采取样品,对12种蔬菜样品重金属元素Cr、As(非金属As的赋存特性与重金属类似,故在此统称为重金属)、Pb、Cd、Hg的含量进行分析。[结果]5种重金属在各类蔬菜中的平均含量依次为:Pb>Cr>As>Cd>Hg。化学肥料的大量施用、工矿企业的"三废"排放、汽车尾气等,使得寿光地区部分蔬菜重金属Pb含量超标;不同的蔬菜种类对于不同的重金属元素的富集程度是不同的,主要是由其对于特定重金属元素的"喜好"所决定。[结论]为防止农业环境污染,寿光地区应大力提倡使用有机肥料,并合理考虑蔬菜生产基地的规划与布局。
[Objective]The measure for the control of the residue of heavy metal in vegetable grown in Shouguang region was provided through the research on its content in vegetable.[Method]The content of heavy metal:Cr,As,Pb,Cd and Hg,in 12 vegetable samples,taken from the base of vegetable production in Shouguang,was analyzed.[Results]The results showed that the order of average content of heavy metal in vegetable was Pb〉Cr〉As〉Cd〉Hg.The content of Pb in vegetable product would be beyond the standard if much more fertilizer was applied,the wastes from industrial enterprise and automobile were discharged.The accumulation of the heavy metal in the different species of vegetables was various.[Conclusion]The application of organic fertilizer should be promoted and the reasonable arrangement and distribution of vegetable production base should be designed.
