摘要
为解决粉末冶金管式烧结炉温度控制精度不高、能耗大的难题,提出了一种基于神经网络模糊控制的PID参数自适应控制系统。运行结果表明,该系统稳定性好,节能显著,控温精度可达±3℃,很好地满足了粉末冶金工艺的要求。
In this paper a self-adaptive control system of PID parameters based on neural network and fuzzy control is present in order to solve low control accuracy and high energy consumption of PM tube sintering furnace.Results show that the system has good stability and energy-saving effect,the temperature control accuracy can come up to ±3℃,so it meets the need of PM manufacturing.
