酢浆草的抗炎作用

Study on the anti-inflammatory effect of oxalis corniculata L and its mechanism

目的研究酢浆草的抗炎作用,探讨其作用机制。方法采用角叉菜胶诱导的大鼠足跖肿胀模型进行研究,检测不同时间不同组别大鼠的足趾肿胀情况,测定大鼠血清中白介素8(IL-8)、丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果酢浆草能降低角叉菜胶诱导的大鼠足跖肿胀,降低血清中IL-8含量,但MDA含量及SOD活性没有显著变化。结论酢浆草具有明显的抗炎作用,其抗炎作用可能与其降低IL-8等致炎因子的含量有关,而清除氧自由基、抗脂质过氧化能力未见显著变化。

Objective To investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of Oxalis corniculata L （OCL） and its mechanism.Methods Rats with swollen paw induced by carrageen were adopted to compare and examine the pawswelling condition of different rat groups at different times to measure the level of IL-8,MDA and SOD activity in rat＇s serum.Results OCL could inhibit carrageen-induced paw swelling in rats and reduce the level of IL-8 in serum.But during the 3-day experiment,there was no significant change about the level of MDA and SOD activity.Conclusion OCL has obvious anti-inflammatory effect and its mechanism is likely to be related to the inhibition of the level of IL-8.But the level of MDA and SOD activity has no significant change.
