摘要
介绍了超临界流体萃取技术的特点和发展概况及超临界CO2萃取技术在药物提取分离方面的优越性,综述了近年来该技术在中草药有效成分提取分离及药物化学成分分析中的应用,并展望了该技术在医药领域的应用前景。
This article introduces some characteristics and development overview of supercritical CO2 extraction technique,and its advantages in pharmic extraction and separation.Application of supercritical CO2 extraction in Chinese traditional medicine and chemical components analysis are reviewed,and meanwhile,the application prospect of the technology in medicine and drugs is predicted too.
