随着我国改革开放的深入发展,私营经济得以迅速发展,就业方式更是不断改变,创业日渐成为大学生实现自我价值和理想的重要途径。创业成功与否,取决于创业者个人创业素质和创业能力、事业的选择与事业发展能力。高校应顺应我国现代化建设和大学生发展的需要,理性审视大学生创业意向的现实境遇,积极开展大学生创业教育,培养他们的企业家精神、社会责任感,提高他们现代创新与创业的实践能力。

With the deepening of the reform and opening-up of our country,the private economy has developed rapidly and great changes have taken place in patterns of employment.Entrepreneurship has become an important approach for college students to create their own cause and realize their own value and ideal.Whether an enterprise is successfull or not,depends on the quality and ability of the entrepreneur and the ability to choose a career.Colleges and universities should keep pace with China＇s modernization and college students′ development needs,investigate their entrepreneurial intention and actively develop enterprise education to cultivate their entrepreneurship and social responsibility and improve their innovative ability,practical ability and entrepreneurial spirit.
