This paper analyses the technical requirements of power SCADA system and substation video monitoring system.Based on the demands of integrated power dispatching and control,it introduces the interconnection between dispatching automation system and video monitoring system,which provides the technical support for power utilities during the reform of power transformation operation and management mode.It realizes the smart video monitoring for power dispatching and control.
