摘要
温敏高分子材料因其对温度具有敏感性而被应用于温控开关及药物控温释放等领域.本文以N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAm)、甲基丙烯酰胺(MAm)作为单体,过硫酸钾作为引发剂,采用N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(BIS)作为交联剂,制备了亲水型温敏凝胶聚合物,并研究了两种单体组分的质量分数比及交联剂的用量对所制备的凝胶聚合物的低临界溶液温度(LCST)、溶胀率和保水率的影响.研究结果表明:合成的N-异丙基丙烯酰胺与甲基丙烯酰胺的凝胶聚合物(简写为P(NI-PAm-co-MAm))的低临界溶液温度(LCST)随着凝胶聚合物体系中亲水单体比例的增加而升高;交联剂含量越多,则凝胶聚合物的溶胀率越小,而保水率增大;凝胶聚合物的亲水单体比例增加,则凝胶聚合物的溶胀率和保水率均增大.
Thermosensitive macromolecule material has been used in switch controlled by temperature due to its sensitivity to temperature.Thermosensitive polymers of gel with hydrophilic character are synthesized with N-isopropylacrylamide(NIPAm) and methacrylamide(MAm) as monomers,potassium persulfate as initiator,N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide(BIS)as cross-linker.In addition,the effects of two monomers' mass fraction and the cross-linker dosage on the lower critical solution temperature(LCST) of the prepared polymers of gel,swelling ratio and water retention of polymers of gel are also researched in the paper.The results show that LCST of the prepared gels will increase with the augment of hydrophilic monomer ratio in the gel polymers system.It is found that the more the dosage of the cross-linker is,the less the swelling ratio of the gel polymers is,while the more the water retention of the gel polymers is.Besides,it is also presented in the experimental results that the water retention and swelling ratio of the prepared gel polymers will increase with the augment of the cross-linker dosage in the system.
