摘要
总结了有限元建模中关键问题的处理方法。根据车身总成分及零件装配关系建立了车身三维实体模型。通过车架建模精度分析,验证了有限元建立的模型满足了工程中的需要,对车身设计具有一定的参考作用。
In the article,the key problem of the modeling of finite element method is summarized.The three dimension CAD model of the car body is created based on connection property between assembly and part.Through the precision analysis of the the frame,The model is verified to the demand in the engineering.It will be useful for the bus body design.
