摘要
针对目前我国桥式起重机小车架轻量化研究不够深入,设计过于保守,以及由此引起的小车架重量偏大等问题,首先在结构和力学上分析了16/3.2t小车车架,根据分析结果,提出了在结构和材料规格上改进小车架的方案,同时利用有限元软件MSC.PATRAN和MSC.NASTRAN分析了新小车的节点应力与节点位移,分析结果表明新小车架在满足性能的同时更加充分地利用了材料、降低了小车架重量,对桥式起重机小车架的轻量化研究具有推广意义。
Aiming at improving the problems that weight-reduction research of overhead travel crane trolley frame is insufficient,design of fairly conservative and the trolley frame are excessively heavy.firstly,16 /3.2t trolley frame is analyzed in structure and mechanics,based on the analysis,a plan that improving structure and material size of trolley frame are brought up,furthermore,nodes stress and displacement are analyzed.The outcome shows that the new trolley frame meet requirements of performance,make full use of material and reduce trolley frame weight.It is meanful for trolley frame weight-reduction in design of overhead travel crane.
