摘要
为有效降低高速切削中铝合金的表面粗糙度值,通过多因素正交试验和单因素试验对各铣削参数进行研究,结果显示:各参数对铝合金表面粗糙度影响程度从大到小的顺序是:切削深度、主轴转速、每齿进给量、行距,且转速为18000r/min,每齿进给量为0.075mm,行距和每齿进给量一致,选择较小的切削深度时,在铝合金表面可获得较好的加工质量。
To effectively reduce surface roughness value of aluminum in high-speed cutting,high-speed milling parameters were studied by multi-factor orthogonal and single-factor test.The results showed that the parameters to the surface roughness value of aluminum,the influence degree in order is depth of cut,spindle speed,feed per tooth,and line spacing.In addition,the better surface machining quality in aluminum alloy can be obtained when the following condition was satisfied:18000r/min speed;0.075mm feed per tooth,same line spacing and feed per tooth and a smaller depth of cut.
