弱碱弱酸型热再生两性树脂的动态吸附性能

摘要 使用丙烯酸在阴离子树脂中聚合制备弱碱弱酸两性树脂.在静态吸附及解吸附性能研究的基础上,对其动态吸附及解吸附性能做了进一步研究.在20m/h的流速下,流出液浓度可减少至原始浓度的60%,基本达到脱盐需要.树脂的热再生率可达92%以上. Weak acid amphoteric resin was synthesized by polymerizing acrylic acid in anion resin.On the basis of the static absorption behaviors and desorption behaviors,the dynamic adsorption behaviors and desorption behaviors were investigated.Under the conditions that velocity of flow of 20m/h,the concentration of effluent liquid was reduced to the original concentration of 60%.It achieves the need of desalination and the heat regenerative efficiency of amphoteric resin reaches 92%.
