摘要
用硫堇作为电子媒介体,利用溶胶-凝胶法将壳聚糖固定在金电极表面,应用分子间的化学键自组装硫堇、纳米金、辣根过氧化物酶制成生物传感器.通过循环伏安法验证该传感器的电化学活性:在pH=8.0,温度为25℃的优化条件下,传感器的检测范围为1×10-8mol/L^1×10-2mol/L,检测下限为10-8mol/L,可用于检测过氧化氢.
With thionine as the electron mediator,the hydrogen peroxide biosensor was made of thionine,gold nanoparticles and horseradish hydrogen peroxide which applied by chemical bonds between molecules by Sol-gel method immobilization on the gold electrode surface.The electrochemical activity of the sensor was verified by cyclic voltammetry that under the best conditions of pH = 8.0,temperature 25℃.The H2O2 concentration has a good linear relationship with the peak current value ranging from 1.0×10-8 mol/L to 1.0×10-2 mol/L,and can be used to detect hydrogen peroxide.
