老子具有丰富的生态伦理思想,老子生态伦理思想的主要内容包括"天人合一"的生态世界观、"见素抱朴,少私寡欲"的生态价值观、"自然无为"的生态方法论、"小国寡民"的生态社会理想。

There has been plentiful ecological ethic thoughts in Laozi＇s theory.His ecological ethic thoughts are included mainly in the theory of ＂Nature and Man in One ＂. The ideas put forward by Laozi ,such as ＂Less luxury,less selfishness and less desire＂ and ＂Natural inaction＂ can be taken as a way to deal with the relations between man and nature ,they represented an ideal state of society at that time.
