In the early years of Ming Dynasty,Zhu Yuanzhang adopted a series of conservative foreign policies,such as the sea-prohibition policy. And an official ZhuDi tries relax the policy of sea-prohibition. Another official Zheng He,who has navigated south-china sea and Indian Ocean for seven times ,established the prestige of the Ming Dynasty and expanded the influence of the Ming Dynasty.The paper thinks that the ocean policy of the Early Ming Dynasty was affected by land-power thought and other factors.
