沈阳市高校高水平田径运动队训练现状的调查研究

Investigation on the Current Training of Track and Field in Universities in Shenyang City

通过文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法对沈阳市高校高水平田径运动队的训练现状进行了调查研究。研究结果表明:沈阳市高校田径教练员的职称水平和学习水平偏低,对运动员进步幅度和运动成绩的快速提升不利;运动员的训练时间过短,学训矛盾仍然存在;沈阳市高校高水平训练队,训练情况基本合理,科学指导训练不足;学校领导对高水平运动队的重视程度较高,训练的目的有所偏差。本研究目的在于,通过对现状进行分析,并针对存在问题提出相应的解决对策,旨在为更好地推动高校高水平田径运动队的训练提供参考。

This paper made an investigation on the current situation of track and field training in Shenyang City with the help of the means of literatures ,questioner and statistics. The purpose of the study is to put forward some suggestions to deal with the current problems facing in the training of track and field and to improve the training level of track and field sport.
