摘要
根据管理信息化理论,结合中海工业的造船实际,分析认为造船企业应对金融危机的重要对策是推进数字化造船,对转换造船模式,做大做强中海造船,形成中海造船核心竞争优势进行探讨。
In light of the informatization theory and the practical situation of shipbuilding in China Shipping Industry Co.Ltd.（CIC）,the authors point out that promoting digitalization shipbuilding is one of the important countermeasures for shipbuilding enterprises to face the financial crisis.This paper discussed about how to speed up transforming the shipbuilding mode in order to form the core competitive advantage of shipbuilding of CIC.
