摘要 针对曲轴处于多轴应力循环状态,以16PA6STC型柴油机曲轴为研究对象,采用PATRAN有限元分析方法对曲轴进行柔性处理,在ADAMS中建立刚-柔性体结合的曲轴连杆机构的动力学模型,并进行多体动力学仿真分析,利用FATIGUE疲劳分析软件,对曲轴在额定工况下进行疲劳强度分析。 The crankshaft worked under the condition of multiple-spindle pulsating stresses,and the orientation of the main stress changed as the cyclic loading variation.Taking the crankshaft of 16PA6STC diesel engine as research object,Patran software was adopted to make the crankshaft rigid model to be flexible.The multi-body dynamics model that combining rigid to flexible bodies was established in Adams.The dynamic stresses response of crankshaft were calculated in the rated condition,which was conducted based on the multi-flexible dynamic simulation.The fatigue strength analysis was realized in Fatigue,and checked the strength of critical positions that easily suffering fatigue failure.
