Design of the Auto Test System of a Motor Starter Based on PXI Bus

针对在舰艇上使用的某型电机启动器存在的问题,设计开发出基于PXI总线的自动测试系统,给出系统的硬件集成方案和软件设计方法。该系统具有自动测试诊断、交互测试诊断等功能,拥有良好的人机交互界面,在某型舰艇启动器故障诊断上得到了良好的应用。

The auto test system based on PXI bus was designed because the motor starter in a certain warship is hard to repair.The structure of hardware and the design idea of software were introduced.The system has the function of auto test diagnosis and mutual test diagnosis with good man-machine interface.It was used well in the motor starter fault diagnosis for a warship.
