自我效能理论与乳腺癌患者术后恢复情况的分析

Analysis and research of self-efficacy theory in postoperative rehabilitation of breast cancer patients

目的:研究自我效能的水平与乳腺癌患者术后恢复情况的相关性。方法:采用自行设计的乳腺癌患者的一般资料问卷及Schwarzer等人编制的一般自我效能量表(GSES)的中译版,对50例住院女性乳腺癌患者进行问卷调查。结果:自我效能理论水平的高低与乳腺癌患者的文化程度和术后恢复情况呈高度正相关,而与家庭月收入无明显的相关性。结论:自我效能理论水平的高低对乳腺癌患者的术后恢复情况有显著的影响,且与患者的文化程度有显著的联系,设计和实施护理干预时应重视提高患者的自我效能水平。

Objective： To explore the relationship between the self-efficacy level and postoperative recovery of patients with breast cancer.Methods： 50 patients were evaluated by self-designed questionnaire of general information of breast cancer patients and Chinese-version of the general self-efficacy scale（GSES） designed by Schwazer.Results： There were a positive correlation between the level of self-efficacy and education level of patients and their postoperative rehabilitation condition.But there was not correlated with family monthly income.Conclusion： The level of self-efficacy has significant influence on the postoperative rehabilitation of breast cancer patients.In the clinical practice,we should pay attention to improve the self-efficacy of the breast cancer patients so that the self-care can be developed greatly.
