使用护肩带预防脑卒中肩关节半脱位的效果观察

Clinical effect observation of applying protection strap to prevent shoulder subluxation in stroke patients

目的:探讨早期使用护肩带干预对预防和减少脑卒中偏瘫患者肩关节半脱位的作用。方法:将120例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为观察组与对照组,两组各60例,观察组在常规药物治疗及康复护理的基础上采用自制的护肩带对患侧肩关节进行保护;对照组行常规药物治疗及康复护理。结果:观察组肩关节半脱位的发生率明显低于对照组,患者满意度提高。结论:早期使用护肩带干预能有效预防和减少脑卒中偏瘫患者肩关节半脱位的发生,提高患者生活质量。

Objective： To investigate the effect of early apply the retaining strap to prevent and reduce shoulder subluxation incidence in stroke patients.Methods： 120 stroke patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,60 cases each group,the patients of treatment group used the home-made shoulder straps on the affected side based on the conventional drug treatment and rehabilitation nursing care;the patients of control group with conventional drug treatment and rehabilitation care.Results： The shoulder subluxation incidence of the treatment group were significantly lower than the one of the control group,patient satisfaction increased.Conclusion： Early apply the retaining strap can prevent and reduce shoulder subluxation incidence in stroke patients,improve the patients quality of life.
