口腔科新医护人员职业危害调查分析及防护对策

Investigation and analysis of occupational hazards of the new medical personnels of department of stomatology

目的:通过对口腔科新医护人员职业性危害的认识及防护知识的调查,加强口腔科新医护人员对自我防护的意识,提高自我防护的能力。方法:采用无记名形式,用自行设计的问卷调查表对126名医护人员进行调查。结果:口腔科新医护人员对职业危害因素认识不足,自我防护意识淡漠,缺乏自我防护的能力。结论:医院应加强新医护人员职业危害及防护知识的培训,加强自我防护意识,掌握正确防护技术,把院感及职业危害降到最低。

Objective： To investigate knowledge of occupational hazards and protection measures of the new medical personnel in order to improve their self-protection capability.Methods： A self-designed questionnaire was used on the 126 staffs of department of stomatology.Results： The recognization of occupational hazards factors was poor,and the ability of self-protection was not good enough.Conclusion： We must strengthen the training of knowledge on self-protection,improve the concept of self-protection,master the true skill of protection to reduce the risk of occupational hazards and hospital infection.
