摘要
利用三维造型软件Pro/ENGINEER建立了装载机工作装置三维数字化模型,并进行运动仿真与干涉检查,将三维实体模型导入机械系统动力学仿真分析软件ADAMS,对工作装置进行动力学仿真,并采用正交试验的理论和方法进行优化设计,从而获得综合优化的设计方案.该方案能够适应企业对产品进行局部更新或全新设计的需要.
This paper presents the loader attachment which is modeled with Pro/ENGINEER and the dynamic simulation of which was carried out using the software ADAMS,Using methods of the orthogonal experiment optimization of parts or overall design can be realized.
