基于模糊可拓理论的企业风险策略控制量化研究

摘要 以人的控制行为为出发点,在模糊可拓理论的基础上结合控制理论、聚类分析技术和关联分析技术提出了企业风险策略控制的量化方法。在该方法中,通过引入风险因素特征指标的移动离差系数和扰动因子实现了对系统风险的动态识别与控制,并通过构造功效函数和关联函数,达到了转化与解决策略控制中不相容问题的目的。 Based on human control behaviors and fuzzy extension theory combined with control theory,cluster analysis and incidence analysis technology,the quantitative method of enterprise risk control is raised in this article.This method achieves the goal of dynamic recognition and control over systematic risks through the analyses of moving deviation coefficient and perturbation factors of risk characteristic indices and the goal of transforming or solving problems of inconsistency in strategic control through the extension theory and the introduction of power function and dependent function.
