高职评估的历程与发展趋向探究

摘要 高职评估推行至今,不过十数年,评估机构先后设计并实施过新旧两套评估方案。通过对高职评估发展历程的回顾,在对比分析新旧两套评估方案的基础上,提出强化"职业性"、加强评估的社会参与性、目的导向由"规范"转向"引导"、评估功能侧重由"鉴定"转向"改进"是高职评估的发展趋向的观点。 The evaluation of higher vocational colleges in China, which conforms to two sets of evaluation plans, has implemented for more than a decade. This paper reviewed the development process of evaluation of higher vocational colleges, and summarized major changes between the old and new set of prograrm through comparative analysis, then enduced some viewpoints, such as strengthening the "profession" and enhancing social participation, the shift of purpose-orientation from "standardization" to "guidance", and the transformation of evaluation function from "identification" to "improvement".
