摘要
目的对金线莲Anoectochilus roxburghii(Wall.)Lindl.中富含的主要成分kinsenoside进行抗癌活性研究。方法采用磺酰罗单明Sulforhodamine B(SRB)法和MTT分析法。结果对3种敏感细胞株:人白血病细胞株(HL-60)、人肺癌细胞株(A-549)、人肝癌细胞株(BEL-7402)筛选结果10-5mmol/L的化合物kinsenoside时抑制率均小于85%,评定为无效。结论化合物kinsenoside的抗癌活性不显著。
Objective To investigate the in vitro antitumor effect of kinsenoside,the high yielding constituent from Anoectochilus roxburghii ( Wall. ) Lindl. Methods SRB assay and MTT colorimetric assay were employed. Results The experimental data of the inhibiting effect of kinsenoside at 10-5mmol/L on three kinds of human leukemia cells ( HL-60 ) ,human lung cancer cells ( A-549) 、human hepatic carcinoma cell ( BEL-7402) respectively resulted in a ratio no more than 85%,which was assessed no significance. Conclusion Kinsenoside has no significant inhibitory effect on cancer cells.
